We provide all types of Turbo Ventilators – Polycarbonate, SS turbo, SS Polycarbonate and Polypropelene Turbo Ventilator. The ventilators are installed as per the industry needs and applications. For e.g. A chemical factory will install a Polycarbonate or Polypropelene Turbo Ventilator and not a steel or aluminum one. Available in Polycarbonate, Polyproplene on request.
Windy Ventilators are always spinning and ventilating. Non- stop ventilation is possible due to the integrated bearing housing, which ensures ventilator rotation at even wind speed of less than 1 km per hour.

Principle Features
- Manufactured from high quality aluminium, the Turbo Ventilator’s vanes and rivets are highly resistant to atmospheric weathering.
- Thermos Syphoning (natural wind movement / hot air draft) ensures that no power is involved in its working.
- To provide a strong blade with quality aerodynamic performances, the vanes are profiled and rolled.
- Being lightweight, Turbo Ventilators can operate at very light wind speeds.
- Not requiring electricity, they do not incur any costs.
- Due to the vane’s design and centrifugal action, rain water does not enter the ventilator.
- The Turbo Ventilators are designed to be fitted easily on a multiple of materials like asbestos, galvanized, iron and aluminium Corrugated roofs.
- They assure 24x7x365 ventilation.
Calculating for the requirement of an air ventilator
- Number of Ventilators Required = Ventilation Rate Q / Exhaust Capacity
- Required Ventilation rate (cfm) = Volume (ft) * Air Change Rate / 60
- Volume of Space to be ventilated (ft) = 1*w*h
- Go to Table A and select Air Change Rate.
- From Table B, select Exhaust Capacity as per required Temp. Diff. C and wind- Velocity (MPH)
- Number of Ventilators Required = Ventilation Rate Q / Exhaust Capacity
